EXPLORE. DREAM. DISCOVER 2011

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did.

So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails.

Explore. Dream. Discover.
Mark Twain

Last year I chose my word "CELEBRATE" for 2010.  It has served me well.  I have had the opportunity to celebrate so many things.  I will post the items at another time.  I have them on a poster in my hallway by my bedroom.

At Thanksgiving I was talking to my Sister, Jeannette, about my word for the year.  I have been thinking for a week trying to chose a new word for 2011.
Several words have crossed my mind but I didn't feel a clear direction on what I wanted to focus on in the coming year.    Tonight Jeannette and her family came for a visit.  It brought the thought process back to the forefront of my mind.

I found the above quote by Mark Twain and the three words popped out at me.

EXPLORE.  DREAM.   DISCOVER.

I think I have found my words for 2011.  I think they all tie in together and I am excited to see what 2011 holds for me to explore, dream and disover about me and my world. I am exited to make a poster or sign to hang above my desk and in the hallway by my bedroom.

I am looking forward to making a list of all the things I "CELEBRATED" in 2010.  It was a powerful year of celebrating "Who I am".

Lots of love, Karalee

Foster Family photo shoot... November 27, 2010

Here's just a sampling of the 96 pictures I took of Jera and her family.
I still have a lot to learn but they were good sports and were so much to work with.

I think the one's of Andrew are super sweet.
