Jan, Laralynn, Lisa and Karalee and our stuff....We had to take out Jan's to back seats to fit all of our luggage, bedding and food into the car.
We each packed like we were going for two weeks instead of four days. We thought of everything we might possibly need and brought it with us.
I am so grateful for this opportunity to go with my sisters. My thanks to Jan and Lisa for starting the planning process and for believing that we could go and that our Mom would
have wanted us to do it. If she were still alive she would have wanted one of us to take her. We grew a lot on this trip. We laughed, cried, slept and drove together. (Well, actually Jan drove and we rode).
A great big thanks to our families who held the forts down. Thanks for your patience when we took a wrong turn on Sunday and for waiting up for us. Another big thanks to Justin's Aunt and Uncle who provided us a "Cabin away from Home".
